Shipping

All orders ship within two (2) business days. Business days are Tuesday through Saturday with few holiday exceptions. For order information, please call 985.726.9662. Please see store page for business hours.

Our standard shipping method is USPS. If you choose to ship express service, we will also ship via USPS.  Please visit www.usps.com to track your order.

Thank you for shopping with theGrapevineBoutique. We hope you enjoy your purchase but if for some reason it does not work for you, please review our online return policy below:

Online Return Policy

All merchandise with tags attached will gladly be accepted for exchange for online or instore credit within 14 days from the date of purchase. 

Items that can not be returned include: Clearance items and gift cards.

The buyer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees of the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We suggest sending items back via UPS or Fed Ex along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. Please complete the Return Form and include it in the box with the returned items.

Once your return is received, you will then be issued an online credit for the cost of the original item. This does not include shipping costs. If you choose to return your online item to our boutique store location, it must be done within 14 days from the date of purchase and you must have your online receipt. An online or instore credit will then be issued. Items purchased at our boutique store may not be returned online.
